Students Visit Babar's USA Exhibit at Custom House
Thirty two students of the Montessori Children's School visited the Babar USA exhibit on Wednesday, February 17th. Students and teachers were warmly welcomed by curator of education Suzanne Pereira, who gave a brief introduction to the exhibits. The students enjoyed the interactive education projects and the video depicting Laurent De Brunhoff's creation of the Babar USA collages.
"All Monroe County students are admitted free of charge," said Suzanne Pereira, " I hope many parents and children as well as schools will come to see this wonderful exhibit, as well as visit our other sites, the Key West Lighthouse Museum and the Fort East Martello Museum."
